What Personal Data We Collect

We collect minimal necessary information: family member profiles, content preferences, and technical data for device operation. Sensitive data (camera video, audio) is processed locally for interactivity and may be transferred to the cloud only with explicit consent.

Information Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your data. Sharing with service partners is only for providing functions (content updates, backup storage) and occurs via encrypted channels. All providers must adhere to our security standards.

How We Use Your Information

Data is used to personalize interaction (remembering preferences), improve functions (model training), debugging, and security. Aggregated anonymous data may be used to improve products.

You can view, correct, and delete personal data, restrict processing, and request data export. Some data related to security and logs may be retained as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services. Local media files and recordings can be deleted anytime from device settings. Some technical logs may be archived for diagnostics.

KIKO uses modern encryption, isolated on-device processing (Edge), and verified cloud solutions for backups. We regularly conduct security audits and update software.

Children's Privacy

KIKO is designed for families: parental controls and child modes are enabled by default. We do not collect targeted personalized advertising for children or share children's data without parental consent.

We may update this policy. In case of significant changes, you will be notified in the app. Continued use of KIKO after notification constitutes consent.
