In-app and content purchases are final unless stated otherwise. All financial transactions are processed by certified providers.

Prohibited uses include illegal activities, violating others' rights, spreading malware or harmful content, promoting violence or discrimination.

All rights to KIKO software, design, and content belong to our company or licensors. Users receive a limited license to use.

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or damages from improper device use. Our obligations are limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations. You can also close your account anytime.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country specified in your purchase settings or company registration. Disputes are resolved as prescribed.
